The Summer Solstice is here. That powerful planetary moment when the tilt of the Earth brings us closest to the sun is happening today, and it marks the longest day of the year too! Holistic Kitchen is dedicated to helping reduce the amount of landfill waste. We are all becoming a bit more conscious about how and what we recycle and that's brilliant. We are teaching our generation of children how to save the planet, something we never did it in the 1980s!
