Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
You can apply this to your chest and neck when you are feeling run down and have a cough or cold.
Roll some into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths. The oils in Release will offer some relief to sinuses, coughs and colds. Take this with you when and use it on the go or when you need it.
After suffering from a bad case of sinusitis when I was pregnant, I felt there was a need for a more natural alternative, so I created one. Release blend can offer some relief when we're run down as I found that the shop-bought decongestants didn't work and I wasn't sure what was in them either. I also wanted it to help aid sleep when I wasn't well, so added chamomile and lavender to help. The new handy roller blend means you can take this scent wherever you like and use it in times of need to release and unblock your airways.
Camphor - Provides relief from congestion and clears the airways.
Eucalyptus - Eases coughs, asthma, throat infections, sinusitis and is great for easing mucus and clearing.
Peppermint - Helps reduce nasal congestion coughs and colds and relieves headaches.
Roman Chamomile - This oil has excellent calming properties and is perfect to help you sleep.
