Packed with a carefully crafted blend of eucalyptus, chamomile, lavender, patchouli, thyme, and cypress, Breathe Balm is a family-friendly salve that naturally eases congestion, soothes coughs, and promotes a restful night’s sleep. Perfect for babies and children, it’s gentle yet effective in helping them breathe easier when they need it most.
I chose mustard seed oil as the main ingredient for its decongestant, asthma relief, and antibacterial properties. It also retains heat, warming the chest when cold, and helps open sweat pores to release toxins. Its soft consistency allows deeper penetration of the ingredients into the skin.

How to use:
Apply a small amount of the salve to the chest, back, and soles of feet when you need to. This can be applied at any time of the day and night to help ease sniffles, coughs, allergies, and hay fever too. A little goes a long way!
For babies and children, apply the balm to the soles of their feet, and put socks on as this will help the balm to soak into their feet when they are congested at night.
For hay fever and allergies, massage a very small amount around the nostrils to help catch any pollen and dust. Re-apply when needed.
For insect bites and stings, apply when needed.

This salve is very heat sensitive and can go a little runny when left in a warm room or in the sunshine, but if you prefer it more solid, keep it in the fridge.
A patch test is always recommended for babies and children. Dab a small amount to the back of the knee and leave for an hour. In the very unlikely event that any redness or irritation occurs, please refrain from using it.
Supervise young children who are using this balm.

This balm is a fabulous addition to my winter defence routine. Dab a little in the nostrils for defence against pollen too as well as using as an aid for colds and coughs.
I absolutely love the BREATHE balm, it really did help my bubba when he was last ill with a bad cold/cough, and it was so nice to not have to worry about it being too strong/full of chemicals since it's all natural and gentle enough for baby's skin. So so glad I bought it to stash away! I applied a generous layer on his chest, back and soles of the feet. It was also really good that it's not a minty/tingly balm so you know it will not irritate baby's delicate skin.
I happened to buy my first ever pot of Breathe just as I got struck with covid for the 2nd time, followed by the kids all getting poorly too. My kids have never really liked using products such as Vicks or Olbas oil because they thought they were ‘too strong and stingy’. Breathe is the perfect alternative. It provides that chest and sinus opening effect without being harsh. I used it on chest and backs and even on the soles of feet and it was beautiful. I’ll never be without it now.
I gave this to my daughter who struggles to sleep at the best of time but when she has a cold it\'s so much worse. She loves to use this balm and it really helps her sleep even if she\'s not bunged up!
Another wonderful product from Holistic Kitchen. I have had hayfever quite bad this year and Breathe has helped a lot, I put a little around and inside my nostrils and at night on my chest to help during sleep. It does what it says on the ‘tin’ it helps me breathe, it smell divine too, I can see how this product will also be useful during a cold or flu.
Brilliant product. Perfect for coughs and colds, this always soothes my boys when they are under the weather and struggling to sleep with a cold.
This balm is great for easing chest congestion. I use it at night and by morning I feel so much better, a lovely smelling product that really does what it says it will!

Grateful, I found this product which is safe for babies. Have been using the balm each time our little one has the start of a cold and it helps him so much. Have recommended to other friends with children and they love it too. I feel relieved knowing I have a bottle with winter approaching.
Tried this as a natural alternative to vapour rubs Id tried in the past and this honestly works better. I used it by rubbing it on my toddlers feet and it worked a treat! Would recommend to all with snotty toddlers!
It is early days but having used it this week for blocked nose, it appears to have helped slept well.
I really do think this product is amazing. Ive always used Vicks but this really does seem to work better. Ive just run out and Ive gone back to using some vicks I had from before and it is not helping my 3 year old nearly as much as this breathe balm. She suffers from a very stuffy nose most nights which bothers her when sleeping and this balm is the only thing that seems to work and give her some peace and relief. I have to be honest though, I got this as a gift and loved it but it is too expensive for me to afford to buy on a regular basis for my 3 daughters. So unfortunately, no matter how much I love it, I will not be able to buy it again.
My 8year old son suffers from the sniffles and coughs most of the winter and allergies in the summer. Since I bought my first pot of this his symptoms have improved so much!! As soon as I hear a wheeze I use it straight away and for a few nights and mornings after!! It does the trick. Really do love this stuff. Highly recommend for anyone to try. Thank you
I have a 3 year old who is just constantly snotty! He is just always suffering from a cold & it always ends up on his chest giving him a cough that keeps us all up all night! The only thing thats ever worked for us to ease his cough is release pure blend. But having received my breathe balm this week, (and in good timing too) as low and behold, the coughing started! I immediately reached for breathe and put it on his chest and back. And I kid you not! He then stopped coughing and genuinely slept through!!! Actual miracle! It went on so easily, which is a bonus when its late and you have a unhappy kiddy! I also loved the feel of the balm. This will now be go to cold/cough reliever! It worked and it worked quickly! Tried it on my chest last night. I dont have a cold, I\'m not stiffly but lately I feel like I cant get a proper breath. My chest has been feeling tight (anxiety I guess).
