How to use:
Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being. Surround yourself with this blend in your home or office by adding 5-10 drops to an aroma diffuser or oil burner. Use the power of Stolen Focus as your daily ritual to keep you on track.
Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath. Using Stolen Focus in the bath at the end of the day is a great way to give yourself that chance to focus on yourself. As the blend disperses in the steam, it not only fills the air with its calming aroma but also allows you to absorb its beneficial properties.
Diffuse: Use this blend in a diffuser to softly scent your space and support the mood you want to create.

Fantastic blend! Stolen Focus has a gorgeous herbal and powerful scent, when I need to focus my thoughts and concentrate my energy and motivation, this will be my go to blend. I have diffusers all over the house and since discovering Holistic Kitchen there are no other blends for me - they have a depth and quality of scent that surpasses anything previously used.
As someone with ADHD and a penchant for taking on complicated studies, this has been a lifesaver. I have this on the go whenever I’m at an online seminar or tutorial, when I’m doing assessments and revising and I’ve even pumped it into my teens room for GCSE revision help! It’s a delightful, unique blend being uplifting whilst also grounding. It’s a firm favourite in this house!
I asked for advice on a scent to help me feel grounded, calm and to clear my head post chemotherapy. Sallyanne suggested Stolen Focus as a safe blend of oils to use . It is a much deeper scent than I would usually use but does exactly what I asked for and leaves my home smelling like a spa. Growing to love it.
Ordered the box to try the new blend and had to order the oil. What a game changer this is. I’ve got nearly all the oils now. Yes some I don’t use but this has become the new go to. I feel so much more settled. Have it in my burner and jobs about the house are getting completed. Not rushing between too many things and finishing none.
The people at work also enjoy the air mist xxx
