Snug is amazingly calming and smells beautiful. Blended with a carrier oil, it can help with period pain, tummy aches, and bloating, and can ease tired achy muscles too.

How to use:
Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck temples and soles of feet to help you and your child to drift off into a lovely sleep.
Roll it into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose, and take three deep breaths.
Roll it over your tummy when you are experiencing any aches and pains.
Inhale when feeling nauseous.
Ingredients:
Fractionated coconut oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Origanum majorana (Marjoram) oil, Juniperus communis (Juniper berry) oil, Zingiber officinalis (Ginger) oil, Piper nigrum (Black pepper) oil.
*Benzyl Benzoate, Citral, Citronellol, Coumarin, Eugenol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool

When using on children, always perform a patch test first. Apply a small amount to the back of their knee or ear. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use.

This blend is so amazing and my family loves the multipurpose use! I had some serious muscle and joint paint awhile back and I used it to massage and also in the bath.
