Once known as Bloom blend, I believe this scent deserves more appreciation. When creating blends, the name carries profound significance, complementing its aromatic qualities. Originally made with expecting mothers in mind, this gentle blend was created to accompany you on your pregnancy journey, starting from the 12th week. However, its purpose extends beyond pregnancy, serving as an olfactory companion not only during challenging moments but also as a means to reconnect with your inner self.
Body - Add 7-10 drops to 30ml of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, and massage your bump and body.
Mind - By using essential oils in your bath, you inhale the oils whilst the warm water evaporates them. Add 5-7 drops to warm running water or as an alternative, add 5 drops to 15ml of carrier oil for a nourishing soak. (take care when getting out as this may leave the bath a little slippery). If you love being surrounded by water and gorgeous smells then this is a perfect combo.
Soul - Surround yourself with this blend in your room by adding 5-10 drops to an aroma diffuser or oil burner. This is great for those days when you're really feeling life is a lot. Inhalation of this blend is one of the best ways to benefit from its wonderful properties too, so inhale from the bottle when you really feel you need a helping hand. Originally this blend was created with pregnant mamas in mind. A gentle blend to help get you through pregnancy from 12 weeks. This blend isn't just for pregnancy, it's a scent created to not only help you through challenging times but to help you connect back to yourself.
Emotions run wild on a daily basis and burnout can happen when there is no time for the rest that your body needs. I made this blend with myself in mind initially because the oils chosen were so calming, and it was so hard looking after three little ones and running a business I felt a need for a blend that could remind me, and other people with busy lives, to take a rest, connect to your breathe and connect back to yourself and others.
That might have meant, two minutes sitting in the toilet on my own, inhaling this blend out of the bottle. But for those two minutes, it's worth it.
