collection of cosy products with a blend of bergamot, lavender, geranium, red mandarin & ylang-ylang.

Whilst reading The Little Book of Hygge book in my cosy bath, with my candles lit and essential oil blends, surrounded by house plants whilst drinking herbal tea (yes in the bath), I was inspired to make a blend that puts all that cosiness into one scent. And what a perfect name for it too. Hygge (pronounced hue-guh) is a part of my self-care practice and without realising it, until I read the book, it always has been. My Hygge is a time to hibernate away from the world in my cosy knit jumper, hot tea and nice smells.

I hope you enjoy the Hygge collection as much as I do and I hope this scent will help encourage you to chill out more, spend quality cosy time with family and friends and enjoy the little things in life.

Hygge is a Danish word used when acknowledging a feeling or moment, whether alone or with friends, at home or out, ordinary or extraordinary as cosy, charming or special.

“Hygge is about an atmosphere and an experience, rather than about things. It is about being with the people we love. A feeling of home. A feeling that we are safe, that we are shielded from the world and allow ourselves to let our guard down.”

Here is a video of me talking about how Hygge came to be.
