Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck and temples and inhale the calming aroma.
Roll into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths. Children love this blend, so get them to do this when they're feeling out of sorts. This will help evoke feelings of warmth and cosiness.
