Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, boosting your confidence, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being. 

Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath at the end of a long day when you feel like your feet haven't touched the ground. As the blend disperses in the steam, it not only fills the air with its grounding aroma but also allows you to absorb its beneficial properties. Add a couple of drops to a warm face cloth after your shower, place the cloth over your face, inhale the oils then wipe over your body.

I originally created this blend years ago for a friend when she opened her yoga studio. As someone who practices yoga regularly, I constantly seek moments of mental calm, particularly with three children. That's why I selected the most grounding oils for this blend. Together, they work in harmony to offer a soothing mental retreat with every inhale. Savasana has become one of my personal favourites, especially as I navigate the challenges of perimenopause and struggle to unwind.
