Use as part of a daily bedtime routine for you and your children.
Shake the bottle to mix the oils. Spray 1-2 pumps onto the air and around your space to create a seriously sleepy atmosphere, during the day or night.
Use on your pillow, pyjamas, or a child's comforter, about 5 minutes before going to bed.
When using this for your child, supervise them using it on their own if they can and say the Sweet Lullaby rhyme. This really helps them to understand it's bedtime too.
This will help them with their own bedtime routine and will soon relate this scent with sleepy time.
This mist is handy to have on you during the day when you need a moment of calm. Just spray and inhale but be aware - it's potent!
