Snug is amazingly calming and smells beautiful. Blended with a carrier oil, it can help with period pain, tummy aches, and bloating, and can ease tired achy muscles too.

Not only that, it can be inhaled when you feel sick and nauseous too.

It all started with my gut! I was working with a functional medicine practitioner, healing my gut issues, I wanted to create a blend that would help ease tummy aches, pains, and bloating, for myself and others. The warming oils chosen for this blend, also meant that it could also be used on tired achy muscles too. Warming ginger and black pepper, with calming lavender and juniper, and all the other lovely oils, work in synergy to make your mind and body feel snug, cosy and warm.

I love this blend, its scent is just divine. I'm sure you will love it too!
