  • Booking Fee: The full fee is payable at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend after booking, you will need to give at least one week's notice so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Once the slot is filled, you will receive a refund. If no replacement can be found, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer to another workshop. You may nominate someone else to attend in your place by notifying us in advance.
  • Workshop Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled date if insufficient places are sold. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
