    How to use:

    Gently shake the bottle to blend the oils. Spritz 1-2 pumps into the air and throughout your surroundings. Before bedtime, apply to your pillow, pyjamas, or a child's comforter, allowing 5 minutes for the aroma to settle. 

    For children, it's recommended to supervise their use of the mist. This encourages them to embrace the wind-down routine. Let the calming experience begin!
