How to use:
Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck, and temples and inhale its energising aroma.
If you have a headache, simply roll over your forehead and enjoy the cooling sensation of peppermint and the metal rollerball.
When you're feeling tired, roll some into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths in.

Fractionated coconut oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus limonum (Lemon), Mentha piperita (Peppermint)
*Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool.

Wonderfully uplifting and also quite calming. Lavender, peppermint and lemon scents all come through separately as well as one lovely scent together!

Who doesn't need a little pick me up. I sue this in my diffuser and often put some ona tissue and keep in my car
I grab this when I\'m making my morning cuppa it gets me in the right frame of mind to meet the day!

I have always struggled with afternoon slug! Just gets to around 2pm and my focus goes, started using this and really has helped, put it on my wrists about lunch time and i feel much more awake! Colleagues are always asking to use some!
