Such an incredible product! Does EXACTLY what it says on the tin! I'd heard about Holistic Kitchen products through a friend and how much she had benefitted from aromatherapy oils and their special blends. I use my Calm My Mind rollerball as a part of my daily routine now, simply roll into your palms and inhale the gorgeous fragrance, it works wonders and is all natural, it's a win win! I bought this for my 13yr old Granddaughter. She suffers with horrendous anxiety and also OCD. When she was having her attack her mum put the calm roller on her wrists, she calmed down within 5min. This sits in my work uniform pocket and I just roll on my temples and a bit under my nose when I feel I need a calming hand. Small enough to carry round daily but packs a mighty punch especially when you inhale it under your mask.

I can honestly say this product is amazing , it really helps with my anxiety when I am out and about and get in a panic . I roll it on my wrists and breath in the scent and instantly calms me down. I cant rate it enough.
