Why customers choose this product;
"Holistic kitchen pure blends are superb, they all do what they say on the bottle. This one is calming and relaxing and perfect for nighttime."
"Little knock-out drops! I literally cannot be without this blend. For 6 months I have put a drop on my pillow each night to help soothe me to sleep."
Body - For a post-bath, pre-bedtime massage add, 5-8 drops to 30ml of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, and massage into your skin.
Mind - By using essential oils in your bath, you inhale the oils whilst the warm water evaporates them. Add 5-7 drops to warm running water or as an alternative, add 5 drops to 15ml of carrier oil for a nourishing snoozy soak. (take care when getting out as this may leave the bath a little slippery). It's like a hug before bed!
Add a drop to you, and your child's pillow, PJs, or comforter and inhale whilst drifting off!
Soul - Surround yourself with this blend in your room by adding 5-10 drops to an aroma diffuser or oil burner. If you suffer from insomnia, then use this in your bedroom whilst you sleep, so the oils can work their sleepy magic to help you doze off.
For an instant calming hit, simply inhale from the bottle any time of the day.
This blend works well with Sweet Lullaby Pillow Mist for a double whammy of sleepy calmness at any time of the day.
