How to use:
Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck and temples and inhale the calming aroma.
Roll into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths for an instant grounding experience.
