Inhale the magic: For a natural decongestant and sinus relief, place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in deeply. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being.
Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath, especially if you are feeling unwell and stuffy. As the blend disperses in the steam, it not only fills the air with its soothing aroma but also allows you to absorb its beneficial properties and help clear your sinuses.
For the body - Blend with a carrier oil and massage the soles of your feet, chest, and back before going to bed or when you have tired achy muscles. Always use the essential oil dilution guide when blending with a carrier oil.
For headaches - Apply one drop to the forehead and temples and massage gently.
For sinuses - Add 2 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the oils. This is not recommended for unsupervised children.
Diffuse: If you are feeling stuffy use this blend in the Alchemy Aroma Diffuser during the day and night and let the fragrant steam help you to breathe better.
Carry Release around with you in a roller blend so you can roll on your pulse points. This is especially useful when you're feeling rundown or have a cold.

After suffering from a severe case of sinusitis during my pregnancy, I felt the need for a more natural alternative, so I created one. Release Blend can offer relief when we're run down. I found that store-bought decongestants didn't work for me, and I was uncertain about their ingredients.
I also wanted it to aid sleep when I wasn't feeling well, so I added chamomile and lavender. This blend works wonders in a diffuser next to your bed. I recommend trying to sleep as upright as possible while Release Blend works its magic throughout the night.
