The Story Behind The Scent:

I’ve been going to Pool Bridge Farm for a while now, and it’s part of my own weekly self-care routine. The wild swims, the stillness, the saunas... it’s one of those places that lets you breathe a bit deeper.

Emma from Pool Bridge came along to one of my Aromachology workshops, and together we started creating a blend that captured everything we love about that experience.

We wanted it to feel grounding and uplifting at the same time, like the moment you step out of the sauna, fresh from a swim, fully present, alive, reconnected, restored, and able to breathe into the moment.

That’s how And Breathe was born.
