How to use:
Prepare soothing pads - Spraying maxi pads and breast pads until damp, wrapping each in foil, and freezing them. Please watch the video tutorial on my Instagram.
For vulva discomfort, spray onto pant liners or make a few up to keep in the freezer and use whenever you need to.
Always thaw for a few minutes before using. Enjoy the cooling, healing sensation which will offer some relief from any soreness and will help to speed up recovery after vaginal birth.
Magic Foo Mist aids in C-section scar healing too. Please ask your midwife before using this product. She will know when your C-Section is ready before using any products.
It's also handy as an antibacterial spray and calming aroma.

Can I use Magic Foo Mist on my C Section?
Yes, as long as it's not being used on an open wound. Please ask your midwife before using this to help speed up the healing process. Once your C-Section scar starts to knit together then you can use this to soothe and calm the area whilst speeding up the healing process. Every mama is different, and some may start to heal sooner than others. If in doubt, please ask your midwife.
Are there any other products that I can use during postpartum healing?

I bought Magic Foo Mist to aid healing following a Fentons procedure. I was over the moon with it. I used it every day, several times a day and I felt completely healed within two weeks. I dont need it for my foo anymore, but now I spritz it on my face just before bed. It smells amazing and Im positive it helps me sleep too.An absolute must buy!

Unfortunately Im still waiting for my LO to arrive so Ive not used the product apart from to prep my post natal pads. But it smells fabulous. Holistic kitchen are ace they sent a lovely sample of balm and an aroma blend for during birth which is divine. Will definitely help with relaxation. Love the products will buy again x

I\'m not a fan of all the usual \'downstairs hygiene\' products that are available, so when I came across this on the website I knew I had to try it! It\'s so soothing and cooling, and helps keep ingrown hair at bay. I\'ve sprayed it under my boobs too after a hot day at work, letting the antibacterial properties get to work. Lovely to use on period pads too. Brilliant idea, and it\'s comforting to know that it\'s natural and been especially made for our foos!

Magic foo mist was a total life saver for me after I had a second-degree tear from birthing my gorgeous 10lb bubba. As advised by Sally-Anne I had prepared some pads with the Magic Foo Mist and put them in the freezer ready to use immediately after the birth. They were so soothing. The spray is lovely to use as facial mist too, iit is cooling and relaxing and energising at the same time. Thank you Sallu-Anne for helping us mummies to soothe our post-partum broken foos!
My all time favourite HK product! Its wonderfully soothing on pads post birth as well as great for sore nipples when breastfeeding, piles, chicken pox, random eczema breakouts... the list really is endless!
So far so good. Pre-sprayed pads for after the birth of my baby, it smells lovely. The overall service was fantastic, couldn\'t have asked for more. Sally had great knowledge of products best for me and my upcoming birth. Would 100% recommend and buy from here again.
This product is absolutely amazing!!! I had taken Sallyannes fab advice and put some maternity pads sprayed with Magic Foo Mist in the freezer before I gave birth...and I was sooooo pleased I had! I have just had baby number three and although was fortunate to have a quick, natural birth, I was much more sore afterwards than I expected to be. For the first few days I was really uncomfortable - but the cold pads with Magic Foo Mist on were mega soothing. They really did make those early days much more bearable and I definitely think I healed more quickly that I would have done without it. I am now telling anybody who is expecting a baby that this is an absolute essential - I honestly can not recommend it highly enough! Thank you so much x
