A guided 1:1 experience designed to help you understand your cycle, your energy, your emotions and yourself on a deeper level. This is not about becoming a “perfect” version of yourself or forcing yourself into rigid routines. It’s about learning how to work with your natural rhythms instead of constantly fighting against them.

Over the course of your cycle, we’ll explore the four inner seasons together and begin building a more supportive, intuitive and aligned way of living, creating and working.
Whether you run a business, feel disconnected from yourself, struggle with burnout or simply want to understand your emotional and energetic patterns more deeply, this experience is designed to help you reconnect back to yourself with compassion and clarity.

How It Works

Introductory Alignment Session
We begin with a 90-minute 1:1 Zoom session where we explore:

 

  • where you currently are in your cycle
  • your energy patterns
  • emotional patterns and challenges
  • nervous system support
  • your lifestyle and daily rhythms
  • business or creative pressures
  • areas where you feel disconnected, overwhelmed or out of alignment
During this session, we’ll also choose your four seasonal scent anchors together.
You’ll receive a choice of roller blends for each inner season, and together we’ll intuitively select the scents that best support you throughout the experience.
Your four personalised roller blends will then be posted to you ready for us to work with during each phase of your cycle.

You’ll then receive four 1:1 Zoom sessions across your cycle, each focused on one of your inner seasons.

We’ll also incorporate scent rituals using your chosen roller blends to help anchor each season emotionally and physically through scent and memory.
