Over one complete cycle, we'll move through your four inner seasons together, helping you understand how your energy, emotions, needs and intuition shift throughout the month.

What's included:

60-minute kick-off session — we'll explore where you're at, what you'd like to shift and what you want to get from our time together.

Four Inner Season sessions — one each week, up to 45 minutes per session, exploring your Inner Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Personalised reflection and journal prompts — to help you recognise your patterns and put what you're learning into practice.

Gentle support between sessions — occasional prompts, reminders and encouragement via WhatsApp, text or email.

Final integration session — up to 45 minutes to reflect on your journey, bring everything together and explore how to carry what you've learned into everyday life.
