Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being.
Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath. This ritual is particularly soothing after a stressful day, and you feel like you need to be held. This scent offers the comfort you need after a long day. The Story Behind The Scent:
Heart Kisses was created in collaboration with Amy of Well-being with Amy.
The purpose of the scent was to enhance the experience of her therapy space. Amy
wanted a scent that could transform her clients’ well-being and enable them to feel
safe and held as they relaxed into their treatment.
She chose orange, bergamot, and patchouli as these are her favourite essential oils for their uplifting yet grounding qualities. I blended them to create a scent that now welcomes every client as they step into her beautiful home therapy space. It’s the first thing they notice, setting the tone for relaxation, care and comfort.
Amy's clients can now take Heart Kisses home - a way to extend their experience beyond the treatment room. With every inhale, the familiar scent rekindles the memory of how they felt during their treatment, allowing them to transport back into that space of calm and lightness.
