How to use:

Before you run your bath, take a moment to open the jar and breathe in the calming, heart-opening scent. Add a small handful or spoonful – a little goes a long way – to warm running water, swirling gently. Sink in, let the scent surround you, and allow the soothing energy of rose quartz to invite stillness and self-connection.
