The Story Behind The Scent:

Calm My Mind is one of my best-selling blends. Like most pure blends that are now in the range, I began by creating this one for myself in 2016. I was suffering from post-natal depression after my second child and my anxiety was awful. I researched the perfect essential oils for anxiety and depression and came up with Calm My Mind.
 
I needed to take control of my mental health and wanted a blend I could have to hand, to help me on my recovery journey. 

Taking control of your mental health and wellness can be hard to do at first but it's something that can be done! Calm My Mind will help you get through those challenging moments when you need a little bit of support during your day. Children can use this too!
