How to use:
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Apply to your wrists, neck and temples whenever you need to.
Roll some into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths. When we inhale essential oils, the aromatic compounds are carried into our olfactory system, stimulating our sense of smell and triggering various physiological and emotional responses. A perfect way to remind you to be slow and in the moment during a cold winter's day.
Children can use this blend, so get them to do this when they are feeling a bit wild and need some calm! This will automatically put you and your child, into a more settled state of mind.
Ingredients:
Aqua (water), Ho Wood (Cinnamomum camphora), Blood Orange (Citrus aurantium dulcis fruit extract), Benzoin (Styrax benzoin resin oil), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum seed oil), Neroli (Citrus aurantium amara flower oil), polysorbate 20, Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
