How to use:
Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck temples and soles of feet and inhale the balancing aroma.
Roll it into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose, and take three deep breaths and inhale lots when experiencing PMS!

Fractionated coconut oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Salvia sclarea (Clary sage) oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) oil, Rosa damascene (Rose) oil
*Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool.
