Nurture - Create time for nurturing

I bought this along with the diffuser and I cannot recommend them both highly enough!I used the birthing blend in 2015 with my second born during a home birth and it made the whole experience all the more magical. The gorgeous scent instantly sends me into a state of relaxation and is also great to add to a carrier oil for massages.Plan on using again for my 3rd little one due in October 2021! I found the birthing blend speeded up the process of birth yet created a sense of calm within. It gave an aromatic scent to the air whilst I was in the hospital which made it feel less clinical. I would definitely use it again!

I used the blend in my diffuser and in the bath from 37 weeks pregnant. It was a lovely smell to fill the house with! I had planned on using it during labour but couldnt stand any smells so didnt in the end. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Would make a nice baby shower gift!

I used this recently when attending a birth. My client was very sensitive to smells during labour, so I packed my diffuser away and popped a few drops of this onto one of my aromatherapy necklaces. I definitely benefitted from the calming nature of the oils and it certainly helped me as I birthed my own dreams :) An awesome blend (and not too clary-sagey, for those like me who dislike it! I love this blend, really balancing and nurturing just as the name suggests, it's now my go to blend for peri-menopause symptoms (I love savasanna and calm my mind also).

I've been using Holistic Kitchen essential oils in my diffuser for a few years now, and I'm always incredibly pleased with the results. They really help to calm nerves and anxiety, the fragrances are very natural and calming, and I feel more peaceful after use. A little goes a long way, and the scents last a long time with each use.

What an absolutely gorgeous blend!! I can't stop sniffing the bottle! It goes in every bath I have and gets massaged in with my moisturiser. What a delicious earthy, sweet aroma! My favourite blend ever!

This is such a comforting scent, I have it in my car and has helped with anxiety. Love it and is safe for my dog to inhale and doesn’t make her snotty/ sneezy 😊

I am not expecting but decided to try this. Found it really calmed me and enabled me to cope with everyday living. I use it in my bath and about the home. Brought me so much relief I have now reordered in a roller bottle. I knew it was a special order but received it quickly. 1 for my lunch bag and the other in the car. Use a number of the products so now spoilt for choice. Even people at work have been noticing it and all positive comments.

This birthing blend has been marvellous since the birth of my son. After his birth I made myself up a massage oil and massaged my stomach and lower back then put the remainder on my neck so I could smell it. It smells more than wonderful, like my whole body needs it. Im sure it helps balance my hormones and I did this once or twice a day for the first 3 months. Ever since then if I have an emotional day or just really tired I put it on again for a few days and it is so revitalising and straight away I begin to feel myself again.Cant recommend this enough for post natal nature!!!! I have been using this blend since 35 weeks pregnant gradually increasing from a very small amount of oil to the recommended amount now I\'m past 37 weeks. I use it in the aroma diffuser sold here which gently mists away on occasional evenings- not often enough to annoy the hubby who usually hates this sort of thing but I think even he can see how much I benefit from it so he doesn\'t complain. As pregnancy progresses I am using it more often and I wouldn\'t be without it.NEVER have I felt so relaxed after a bath as I have with this birthing blend and a carrier oil. I detest baths but decided to give it a go. I cannot believe how relaxed I feel and I\'m wondering why I never did this before. I will definitely do this more often and am even wanting to use it during labour for a helping hand with surges. I shall leave a review after my experience with the birthing blend during labour.
