How to use:
Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck and temples and inhale the calming aroma.
For peace and calm during your busy day, roll into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths.
Little ones love this blend, so get them to do this when they are feeling out of sorts. This will automatically put you and your child, into a more peaceful state of mind.

Fractionated coconut oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Citrus limonum (Lemon) oil, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) oil
