How to use:
Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being.
Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath. This ritual is particularly soothing after a stressful day, offering a comforting scent and therapeutic benefits. As the blend disperses in the steam, it not only fills the air with its calming aroma but also allows you to absorb its beneficial properties.
Diffuse: Use this blend in a diffuser to softly scent your space and support the mood you want to create.

I’m using this on my lava rock aromatherapy bracelet and in my moon diffuser I also got from holistic kitchen. It smells lovely. It feels like it has something in it that gives you a little gentle boost. A few deep breaths definitely helps to calm my mind.

Loving the calm my mind blend have bought it in the past and had forgotten how lovely it smells! It is divine and I save it for the evening when I just want to relax, great in the wax melt pot with a few drops of water but I like to dab a bit on a tissue just a few drops and keep it in my handbag so every time I open my bag I get a beautiful waft of the scent ! Love it soooo much thank you x

I absolutely love this blend, I got it as part of the box set and it quickly became a goto. Anytime I was feeling stressed, exhausted or overwhelmed I would dab a couple of drops ok my collar and breathe deeply and feel better, like I was being grounded and centred so I could think clearly again. Even better still I'd make sure I got in the bath with a few drops as soon as I could fit one in, and I would emerge a new person (or my old self) half hour later. Can't recommend this blend enough.
I find this wonderful and comforting at bedtime... whenever I am away from home and need that little bit extra to get me to sleep or at home suffering a little stress. Wouldnt be without it!
I bought one for each of my four granddaughters who all suffer with anxiety from time to time. They were all very happy with the roller. The 9 year old twins took theirs to school and showed them to their friends. When I asked them what they thought of it one twin said that while she was smelling the oils her mind wasn\'t thinking about anything other than the beautiful smell!
