How to use:

Use it whenever you like!

Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.

Roll onto your wrists, neck, and temples and inhale its energising aroma.

If you have a headache, simply roll over your forehead and enjoy the cooling sensation of peppermint and the metal rollerball.

When you're feeling tired, roll some into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths in.

    Fractionated coconut oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus limonum (Lemon), Mentha piperita (Peppermint)

    *Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool.

     *Natural constituent of essential oils listed.
