Use these luxurious Hygge salts to make up your own scrub at home by simply adding a carrier oil of your choice to the salts, in a little bowl. Scrub all over your body and then soak in bathing heaven. Hygge is about an atmosphere and an experience, and a means of self-care too. So enjoy your bathtime on another level.

Epsom salts are rich in magnesium and will help the body get rid of toxins responsible for exacerbating inflammation while also reducing swelling, stiffness, and pain. Also works wonders for restless legs!

Dead Sea salts leave your skin super soft and will also help to soothe skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It also has wonderful antifungal, antimicrobial, and antibacterial properties which will help cleanse and detoxify the pores.

Pink Himalayan salts contain 84 essential minerals and trace elements that help to restore deep hydration to the skin. It makes a great natural exfoliator that will exfoliate away dead cells for softer, brighter-looking skin.

Soak: Sprinkle 2-3 heaped scoops of salt into running water. Enjoy your cosy relaxing soak and breathe.


Scrub:
Add 2 spoons of the salts with a little bit of carrier oil, to a small bowl. Mix with the wooden spoon until the oil has soaked into the salts. Gently massage the scrub over your body (avoiding your face, sensitive areas and broken skin). Soak in the bath and linger in the oils with some deep breaths or wash off whilst in the shower, leaving your skin soft, silky and hydrated.

     

     

     

    Avoid tipping the salts in the bath straight from the jar as the steam may affect them.
    This product may leave an oily residue around the bath, so take care when getting out.
