So if you are feeling stuffy, drop some Release in your room diffuser during the day and night and let the fragrant steam from the diffuser will help you to breathe better.

Why customers choose this product;

"Release is my favourite Holistic Kitchen blend, I use it every night on my pillow, it clears my sinuses and helps me relax ready for sleep."

"I teamed up Release with Little Pot of Wonder to make up my own chest balm that I used on my chest and the soles of my feet. It really helped When I was full of cold and feeling under the weather. Lovely smell."

10ml

Body - Add 7-10 drops to 30ml of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil. Massage onto the soles of feet, chest, and back before going to bed and when you need it during the day. If you have a headache, apply a small amount to the forehead and temples and massage gently. This oil is also great for tired achy muscles too. Add a few drops to an Epsom salts bath or blend with a carrier oil for a muscle rub massage.

Blend with carrier oil and massage into your legs if you suffer from restless legs syndrome. This works wonders when added to an Epsom salt bath.

For children over two years old, before bed, apply on their chest and back. You can also apply to their feet and put socks on to help keep the oil on.

Place one drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and inhale the scent for instant sinus relief.

For inhalation, add 2 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the oils. This is not recommended for unsupervised children.

Mind - By using essential oils in your bath, you inhale the oils whilst the warm water evaporates them. Add 5-7 drops to warm running water or as an alternative, add 5 drops to 15ml of carrier oil for a nourishing soak. (take care when getting out as this may leave the bath a little slippery).

Add a couple of drops to a warm face cloth after your shower, place the cloth over your face, and inhale the oils. This is a great headache and sinus relief.

For a more powerful combination, team up with Breathe Balm for a gentle chest rub.

This oil is also great for tired achy muscles too. Add a few drops to an Epsom salts bath or blend with a carrier oil for a muscle rub massage.

Soul - For a natural decongestant, add 3-5 drops for adults and 1-2 drops for children to an aroma diffuser. This is a great way to clear congestion and a stuffy nose during the night. Inhalation of this blend is one of the best ways to benefit from its wonderful properties. When we inhale essential oils, the highly sensitive cells in the back of our nostrils are stimulated which sends signals straight to the brain, so relax and inhale deep.

After suffering from a bad case of sinusitis when I was pregnant, I felt there was a need for a more natural alternative, so I created one. Release blend can offer some relief when we're run down as I found that the shop-bought decongestants didn't work and I wasn't sure what was in them either. I also wanted it to help aid sleep when I wasn't well, so added chamomile and lavender to help. This works wonders in a diffuser next to your bed, and I do recommend to try to sleep as upright as you can whilst Release blend works its magic in the diffuser throughout the night.
